Now Hiring: Case Managers (Full-Time)

📍 Service Area: Twin Cities metro, including Dakota, Hennepin, Ramsey, Anoka, Carver, Scott, and Washington counties

As a Case Manager, you will:
✔ Support families in accessing EIDBI services for children with autism.
✔ Guide parents through the referral and intake process.
✔ Collaborate with providers, schools, and community organizations.
✔ Ensure compliance with state guidelines and documentation requirements.
✔ Advocate for children and families to receive the best possible care.

📝 Requirements:

  • Experience in case management, social work, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with EIDBI, Medical Assistance (MA), and MinnesotaCare is a plus.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to travel within the Twin Cities metro area.
