Who Is Eligible?
To qualify for EIDBI services, children must meet the following DHS eligibility requirements:
✅ Diagnosis: A documented medical diagnosis of ASD or a related condition.
✅ CMDE Evaluation: A Comprehensive Multi-Disciplinary Evaluation (CMDE) confirming medical necessity.
✅ Age: Under 21 years old.
✅ Insurance: Enrolled in Medical Assistance (MA), TEFRA, or MinnesotaCare.

Referral Steps:
1️⃣ Email or Call Us – Send a referral to Outreach@betterbridgeinterventions.com with the family’s contact information.
2️⃣ Intake & Assessment – We will contact the family, explain the process, and guide them through CMDE requirements and insurance verification.
3️⃣ Service Coordination – Once approved, we create a personalized treatment plan and begin services.
